equipo RDCD
The Client Equipo RDCD is a team of healthcare professionals based in Manta, Ecuador, founded by Silvia Calderón, clinical psychologist, and Karla Calderón, speech-language therapist. Together, they address a wide and deeply human range of needs: from anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, anger, and depression, to language, speech, voice, and hearing challenges, from newborns to older adults.
Their mission is to design and carry out personalized intervention plans, grounded in each person’s real needs, supporting and contributing to a better quality of life, from the inside out.
The Problem When they came to me, equipo RDCD had no visual identity whatsoever — they were starting from zero. No logo, no color system, nothing that visually represented who they are or what they do. And what they do isn’t easy to translate into an image: their work demands professional rigor, genuine human warmth, and a spiritual dimension they were not willing to leave out.
The core challenge was building a brand capable of holding that duality, two distinct specialties, two different languages, one unified voice, without the result feeling fragmented or generic. It needed to look serious, but not cold. Approachable, but not casual. With a character of its own, not like just another clinic.
The Solution: Branding, a visual identity, web design, and social media were developed from the ground up: logo, color palette grounded in color psychology and the team’s own value system, representative graphic elements, iconography, social media applications, stationery, apparel, event banners, and web design.
Every color was chosen with intention. Every graphic element was built to speak both to the patient arriving with fear and to the family member searching for help for someone they love. And the entire system was designed to grow with them, scalable, cohesive, and with a soul of its own.
The Result: A brand that genuinely reflects who they are: committed professionals with real warmth and a vision that reaches beyond the consultation room. An identity that allows them to show up with confidence, on social media, at events, in printed materials, as the serious, human team they have always been.
